Our refund policy is simple: if we haven't done the work yet, you can get your money back. If we have, you can't — because we did the work.
The 14-day rule
Any Module purchased within the last 14 days is eligible for a full refund if it has not yet been installed on your business's online presence. After 14 days, all Module purchases are final.
What “installed” means
Each Module has a specific point at which we consider it installed:
- Schema Engine— installed when the schema tag is live in your Google Tag Manager container, WordPress site, or pasted into your site's header (verified by our re-crawl).
- FAQ from Reviews — installed when the FAQ schema + content are delivered to your deployment surface.
- Service-Area Pages— installed when we've generated the per-city pages (whether or not you've published them is on you).
- Blog Library Starter— installed when we've generated all 12 articles.
- Social Presence Weekend— installed when we've generated the post library.
- NAP Sameness Fix— installed when we've completed at least one platform update on your behalf.
- Review Request Automation — installed when your Twilio number is provisioned and SMS template is wired up.
- GBP Photo Engine — installed when your Twilio number is provisioned and your GBP location is connected.
How to request a refund
Email support@fulldispatch.ai with your account email and the Module(s) you want refunded. We'll confirm eligibility against the criteria above and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
What we don't refund
- Modules that have already been installed (per the definitions above).
- Modules purchased more than 14 days ago, regardless of installation status.
- Stripe processing fees (your bank may also charge a foreign- transaction fee — those are between you and your bank).
Exceptions
If we made a clear mistake on our end — duplicate charge, wrong-module installation, technical failure that prevented installation entirely — email us and we'll make it right regardless of the 14-day window.
