How it works

AI-powered marketing audit.Automated fixes for what it finds.

Why this exists

Most HVAC operators get marketing “help” from one of two places: a generic agency that sells the same package to plumbers, roofers, and HVAC alike, or an HVAC-specific agency that locks them into a $2,000-$5,000/month retainer for work they could buy à la carte at a fraction of the cost.

We built Full Dispatch because every audit we ran on real HVAC operators surfaced the same handful of fixable gaps — machine-readable business info, About-page authenticity, FAQ markup, service-area page coverage, NAP consistency, review velocity, GBP photo recency. None of these are mysteries. All of them are automatable. Most agencies don't bother automating them because charging a monthly retainer is more profitable.

How the audit works

When you submit your website URL, we run a comprehensive crawl of your public marketing footprint. Specifically:

  • Your website — homepage, About page, service pages, blog (if you have one), nav + footer links — to identify your business name, services, contact info, social links, and trust signals.
  • Google Business Profile — your listing, rating, review count, recent review text, hours, photo count and recency, address. Multiple resolution strategies (URL-direct, name variations, phone, domain-match) so we find the right listing even in noisy markets.
  • Yelp, BBB, Facebook — public-profile detection + parsed listing details where available.
  • Branded SERP + local-pack rankings— what Google shows when someone Googles your business name + what shows up for “HVAC repair in [your city]”.
  • Domain history — registration record + first Internet Archive snapshot, as longevity proxies.
  • Mobile speed + tech stack— Google's own PageSpeed Insights for your homepage + BuiltWith for your CMS / analytics / booking tool detection.
  • Google Trends — demand signal for HVAC queries in your state, plus rising-query opportunities.

Six analyzers then read this data and score six dimensions: Visibility, Reputation, Credibility, Quality, Findability (in Google + AI search engines), and Market position. Every finding is tied to specific evidence we surface — no “trust us, you scored low”.

How the modules work

After your audit, we show you a personalized offer page with each module priced by your detected tech stack. You pick which ones you want — they're individually priced, one-time purchases. After payment we deploy them automatically through one of four paths:

  • Google Tag Manager (Premium) — you OAuth your GTM, we push the artifacts as tags + publish a version. ~60 seconds.
  • WordPress plugin (Standard) — you install our plugin + paste your license key. The plugin pulls your artifacts every 4 hours and installs them on your site.
  • Wix / Squarespace paste (Essential)— we generate the code, you paste it once into your site's header injection panel.
  • Direct platform integration — for modules like the GBP Photo Engine, Buffer scheduling, and review- request automation, we OAuth the relevant platform directly and operate within it on your behalf.

Roughly 65-75% of HVAC operators are on a stack we can deploy to automatically. If your stack isn't in our supported set (custom-coded sites, headless setups, obscure builders), we let you know on the audit results page — no surprise.

What you get

We deploy best-practice marketing improvements. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific search ranking, or a specific revenue lift. We do guarantee the work gets done — and you can verify it yourself (we tell you where to look) within minutes of install.

Marketing performance compounds over months and years. Modules deployed once keep working forever — your schema stays on your site, your FAQ page keeps capturing “People Also Ask” traffic, your service-area pages keep ranking for their cities, your review-request automation keeps building review velocity job over job.

The team

Full Dispatch is built by a small team of engineers. We're not an HVAC operator — but we've audited dozens of them and the same fixable gaps keep showing up. Our job is to automate those fixes so operators can stop paying retainers for work that should be a one-time install.
